GLASS BANDIT GETS SPOOKY WITH NEW SINGLE "GHOST"

Austin 8-piece, hard funk band, Glass Bandit, just released their latest song, “Ghost”. The band has been playing shows around the Midwest and captivating audiences with their sound.

The band is made up of Murphy Smith on bass, Donovan Miller on drums, David Thai on trumpet, Ben Schenberg on guitar, Josh Hugo on lead, Ryan Smith on percussion, Ally Fabes on saxophone, and Owen Heffernan on keys.

The track is a fun soundscape of instruments like the saxophone and drums that balance each other out. Although the track is upbeat, the song is actually about love fading in someone else as yours continues to stick around. The difference in the lyrics and sound is what makes the track so interesting.

Although it’s not clear what this single leads into, this will be a band to pay attention to. A live studio session video can be see below of the track.
