JANUARY 23RD - BIGFLO ET OLI AT HALLE TONY GARNIER

Our country always had a keen taste for hip hop and rap and the trend in not going to stop anytime soon. The famous French rap duo is back in Lyon with their second album, ‘La Vie de Rêve’. Already certified two times platinum, the album was a massive success in France. Needless to say that it will be a big night in one of the biggest venue of the city.

JANUARY 29TH - GENDER ROLES AT SONIC

It is not often that one of the most exciting indie punk band from Brighton comes all the way to Lyon to play. Gender Roles released an amazing album this summer, played an almost sold-out tour in UK this fall and is now cruising through Europe with it. If you have only one concert to go in this period, it’s this one.

FEBRUARY 2ND - THE MYSTERY LIGHTS AT LE PERISCOPE

4 years after their first self-titled album, The Mystery Lights are back with a second record. With two years of touring and many concerts, their music grew with confidence and experimentation. ‘Too Much Tension’ is free of genre labels or critic expectations. One of the finest garage rock band from the US is stopping into a tiny venue, that can not be missed.

FEBRUARY 3RD - THE DARKNESS AT NINKASI GERLAND

The 20 years old glam rock band from UK is celebrating their successful career with a new EU tour. A good occasion to remember all their hits on stage.

FEBRUARY 8TH - ALCEST AT NINKASI GERLAND

The French post-metal band is releasing his sixth album, ‘Spiritual Instinct’. To support the new record, they embark for a packed month of tour through Europe. It’s difficult to describe a live concert of Alcest, but it’s definitely a must-see.

FEBRUARY 12TH - POMME AT NINSAKI GERLAND

The French songwriter and singer released a new record this fall. ‘Les failles’ is raw, honest and poetic. It’s a beautiful piece of pop songs, sometimes joyful, sometimes filled with sadness. Pomme is known to have a magnetic presence on stage, conveying magnified emotions. Her French tour is leading her to Lyon, go see her if you’re around !

FEBRUARY 13TH - MA PAUVRE LUCETTE AT NINKASI GERLAND

Ma Pauvre Lucette is creating a music that is difficult to label. At the crossroad of exotic riffs, rap, poetry, electro beats, traditional French songs composition, their first record, self-titled, is beaituful and complex. While you can take the time to decipher all the sound layers pilled up on their record at home, their shows are so spontaneous that you just have to enjoy them to the fullest. Their new record is coming out soon.

FEBRUARY 16TH - MILKY CHANCE AT LE TRANSBORDEUR

The german electro-folk band is back in Lyon for their EU tour supporting their recent record ‘Mind the Moon’. Their last single, Daydreaming is featuring Tash Sultana.

FEBRUARY 22ND - WINTOWER FESTIVAL AT LE TRANSBORDEUR

The festival Woodstower is organizing a winter edition over 3 days in Lyon. The line-up of the 2nd day is the best. You will be able to see the brilliant electro-duo Kompromat, Isaac delusion and other amazing artists from the electro scene. A good opportunity to warm up the cold nights of winter in Lyon.

FEBRUARY 27TH - DEWOLFF AT LE CLUB TRANSBORDEUR

The dutch rock’n’roll band is back with a new record, ‘Tascam Tapes’. Their concerts are known to be a mix of raw energy, a strong desire to play every show like it is the last one and a creative madness. The best way to spend a funky night in Lyon in February.
